Working with employers...
At the heart of Lantra's organisation are environmental and land-based employers - experts in their own field who know first hand the requirements of their industries. Employers play an integral part in the corporate structure of the organisation from working groups through to Lantra's Board of Directors, and play a key leadership role in forming and shaping Lantra's strategies, products and services.
...and championing their needs
Lantra also works extensively with:
- Governments and funding agencies to influence policies and secure funding to support learning in the sector
- Learning providers, including training providers, colleges and universities, to support learning delivery, access to learning and quality assurance
- Trade associations and professional bodies to understand the needs of their members and to work with them to deliver solutions
- The media, to raise awareness of our work and promote examples of best practice
